We loved the modern and clean facilities, especially the ocean view balcony and pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the restaurant downstairs made dining convenient.

the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach through an under bridge pass. We also enjoyed the delicious set menu dinner at the Capella restaurant, and the breakfast had a great selection of options to choose from.

The restaurant manager could improve on his customer service skills.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities included a well-equipped Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach access with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the spa centre offered some invigorating treatments in a serene environment. Our room boasted of exclusive advantages like private facilities and a magnificent sea view. the restaurant served excellent food and drinks while the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding in the evenings.

While overall it was a great stay, we did find one minor issue with the soundproofing of the room. We could hear a little bit of street noise that disturbed our sleep.

The hotel had a great view of the sea from the room's balcony and the bed was really comfy. , the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and some popular restaurants.

The hotel staff could have been more attentive to our needs. We had some trouble with the room service and the noise level from the street outside was pretty high at night.

bathroom flooding was an issue due to poor engineering of the shower slope.
